1. PREPARING FOR THE EVENT

How you can attune yourself to the Spiritual Healing Days?

Whatever your reasons for participating in the Healing Days – whether you seeking a cure for a physical, psychological or psychic ailment; whether you are looking for an answer to your personal existential questions; whether you want to move further along your spiritual path – the entities who will treat you through the medium Joao make one clear statement: ‘We only do 25% of the work, God does 25%, the other 50% lies in your hands.’

Our advice: A few days before the event, attune yourself to the Healing Days. A meaningful preparation could be to give a thought to – and to ask your heart – for which situation or ailment in your life you wish to petition assistance. Visualise how this situation or illness arose, what message it carries and what can be learnt from it. Ask yourself what you can do – and are prepared to do – so that the situation can change. Write it all down and bring your notes to the event. If you become aware of other answers or inspirations during the Healing Days, you can add them. In this way a personal road map becomes visible and you can contribute your 50%!

Overview event

What you can expect from the Healing Days?

After you have prepared yourself for your participation in your own personal way, be open for any new experiences which you encounter. There’s a reason why you are here even if you are not really aware of it. Please play your part by giving your energy, openness and complete attention to the Healing Days in the same way as all those present who, together with medium Joao and the spiritual entities, do everything possible to set in motion the process which can help to heal you. Be aware that it is your own personal healing process as you are a unique individual, and that every moment you are responsible for your own personal journey through life and for any healing that happens – nobody, not even a spiritual being, can release you from this responsibility.

If you come inwardly prepared to take part in the process with your whole heart and being, to absorb the intensive healing energies, then there is every possibility that your health and quality of life will improve and you will grow spiritually and emotionally. Spiritual healing is a gift that is given to us through God’s love and grace. We don’t earn it, nevertheless we receive it in abundance. All it requires is for us not to close the door, but with an open heart and keen intelligence to accept the divine gift. You don’t need to believe in what happens here in order to attain a positive effect, however you ought not to arrive here with doubts based on rigid prejudices. You will profit the most from the healing work which happens here if you keep an open, attentive and unprejudiced mind

Rules, and their significance

It might be that during your participation you at first don’t understand all the rules according to which the treatment processes here are organised. Maybe not all the regulations and recommendations will make sense to you, but don’t get confused. All the procedures during these days are based on the rules and experiences which have been developed in the Casa Dom Inacio de Loyola in Brazil. The location for our meetings, the lovely Hessenhalle in Alsfeld, will become a ‚spiritual clinic’ for the duration of our event. The same spiritual entities that aid and heal in the Casa will be present here. They have set up the rules and procedures down to the tiniest detail..

For you own well-being, and for the fulfilment of your hopes and heartfelt wishes, we request you to follow the rules and recommendations which we impress upon you before the event and during the Healing Days. If, for example, you are told not to cross your legs, or after spiritual surgery you are given specific rules to follow, this is the result of experience with millions of treatments which the wonderful entities have carried out through Joao de Deus. All the people who are here for you – medium Joao, the supporting team from Brazil, all the helpers from Europe and the EARTH OASIS team –welcome you from the heart and will approach you with respect and consideration during these days of healing, love and meditation.

One of those rules: white clothing

The entities request you to wear only white clothing as in the Casa. White, the colour of light, represents purity and is the colour in which all others are contained. It represents the luminosity of the soul, where the divine healing energy vibrates and where we are all one. White clothing attunes us to the healing work and by wearing white we are signalising our inner readiness to allow the deep inner processes.

Your clothing should be comfortable and not too tight; hats and belts should be removed when sitting in the Meditation Rooms. Please do not wear shorts, sleeveless shirts/blouses or any form of provocative clothing.

Voluntary helpers

This event is made possible through a large number of voluntary helpers. Such an event – where we endeavour to arrange not only the larger details but also the numerous small ones for your comfort – would be completely out of the question if we only relied on our German and Brazilian teams. Therefore we thank all our helpers, who often speak not only German and English but also other languages, from the bottom of our hearts for their willingness and openness. They will assist and support you whenever it’s possible. You can recognize them by their coloured badges. As in the Casa, they have their specific functions and duties and in order to ensure a smooth – and for you successful – flow, we request you to follow their instructions.

2. FOR A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE HEALING WORK

Spiritualism: a few basic principles

The spiritualist doctrine recognizes God as the highest intelligence, as the root of all things. God created individual intelligent spirits who live in the invisible spiritual world. The spiritual life of these beings – in other words, of all of us – is eternal, life in the body ephemeral. Incarnated spirits in the body make up humanity, in this and other worlds. They work on their own development and perfectioning in both forms – in the body and as spirits. At the same time, they contribute to evolution, to progress in the material world according to their individual talents and the divine plan. When they come into existence, they have no consciousness and are without a crystallised self-will. With advancing development and increasing consciousness – an interaction of experiences in the physical and spiritual world – they come closer and closer to the divine will and in a blissful state experience the magnificence of God and Creation. The number of lives in the physical body and the time spent between them in the spiritual sphere varies individually. They depend on the will of the spirit being and its aptitude for learning, which then govern the speed of its development.

The communication between the physical and spiritual world

The spiritualist doctrine purports that we can communicate with the spiritual world. The people who have the ability to get into contact with these spirits are known as mediums. There are different forms of communication and different types of medium, for example healing mediums, channelling mediums, medium who write or draw. Also the degree of the mediums’ ability is strongly distinct according to their stage of development. Spiritualism is based on the principles received from the spiritual world by Allen Kardec and his mediums. In Brazil there are thousands of centres and casas in which spiritualism is practised with great discipline and devotion. The Casa Dom Inacio de Loyola is in size, with the number of visitors, its reputation and influence outside Brazil, here unique.

Entity: The spirits and the medium

Before we come to consider the work of Joao de Deus (John of God) let’s discuss a few of the important definitions involved. The terms ‚spirit being’ or ‚entity’ refer to the, in all 36, entities who work through the medium Joao, both in Brazil and when he is travelling abroad. Although everyone has medial abilities to some degree, we call Joao de Deus ‚the medium’ to differentiate him from the spirit beings which are embodied in him for the duration of a single healing session. Joao de Deus is recognized as being the most vigorous living trance medium in Brazil today – and probably in the whole world. This unique talent opens up for us the rare possibility of communicating directly with these spirit beings and to request health and healing from them. This is a precious opportunity we should all cherish.

Other mediums at the Healing Days

As in the Casa Dom Inacio, many other mediums also assist during the European Healing Days. In fact everyone is a medium – you too. Some have developed this ability to a higher degree than others, however everyone possesses medial abilities from birth onwards. Most of these mediums sit in the Meditation Room I or the Medium Room, where the people filing past receive a spiritual cleansing, or in Meditation Room II – also called the Spirit Beings Room – where Joao sits in the far corner and receives those seeking healing. Some of the mediums have special duties, and in many different forms they support all those who have come here for help.

3. REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT AND THE LOCATION

Are an optimal number of days recommended?

From one to four days – at the beginning of the booking period all these possibilities are available to you. What is recommended? Is there such a thing as an optimal event participation? Is one day enough or would several days be better?

It’s also possible that a process is triggered which needs to be assimilated and you wish to intensify it at a later date. Maybe you have already decided to take a trip to Abadiania and before this would like to experience Joao and the entities at first hand and receive a healing impulse. For this one day can certainly be sufficient. If on the other hand, right on the first day you are operated on spiritually, afterwards you need to rest completely for 24 hours, either at home or in your hotel.. After such an operation it would be advisable to meet the entity the next day. This would mean attending for 2-3days.

A similar procedure is followed in the Casa de Dom Inacio in Brazil. Many people, particularly those from abroad, come for 2 or more weeks in order to immerse themselves in the intensive energy field of the ‚spiritual clinic’. Others, particularly Brazilians, often come for only one or two days. Then the whole focus is on the treatment through the medium Joao and the entities. Maybe this is sufficient for them, as spiritual healing is a part of their culture, nothing strange or unusual. Maybe, in the past, they have been successfully treated for another ailment and come undoubting, in complete trust – and therefore have less questions.

„Silence is prayer“

Regardless of how long you come for, try to put all hectic and distractions behind you. As soon as you enter the event area you can imbibe the healing energy. This is particularly true when you enter the Hessenhalle in Alsfeld. Don’t allow the large number of people or other external occurrences to disturb your inner peace. You are now in a ‚spiritual clinic’ and the entities which work through Joao are present everywhere and all the time, also in the reception area of the auditorium where you take a seat after checking in.

Sit down silently, and allow yourself to be inspired by the meditative music which opens your heart. This music will be played before the Healing Days officially begin. As in the Casa, in our temporary German ‚spiritual clinic’ you will find signs reading ‚Silence is prayer’. Take your cue from these signs, attune yourself to that which is most essential on this day – you and your inner processes.

The Hessenhalle in Alsfeld, set up and organisation in the auditorium

The Hessenhalle in Alsfeld has served us well in the past, several Healing Days with Joao have been held here. It is the ideal location for organizing the Healing Days in a very similar way to those in the Casa de Dom Inacio.

Actually it is two halls which are connected by a covered walkway. The smaller hall houses the catering area where refreshments are available the whole day. From 10am onwards, the consecrated soup will be served to all participants.

This small hall also houses our sales booth in which a variety of products, all closely connected to the work of medium Joao and spiritual healing, can be found. Here you can buy books about medium Joao and spiritual healing, CDs and DVDs, consecrated crystals and water to take away.

We will convert and refurnish the larger hall, utilizing a sensible division of space so that all treatment procedures can take place compactly and in the same powerful energy field. The equipment and decoration will, as far as possible, reflect that of the Casa de Dom Inacio in Brazil.

4. OVERVIEW OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF HEALING IMPULSES

Measures which can contribute to spiritual healing

Although the processes during the European Healing Days are, as far as possible, identical to those in the Casa Dom Inacio de Loyola, the healing methods used vary in two ways. It’s clear that the health benefits of the waterfall in the vicinity of the Casa can only be experienced there. The same applies to the herbal medicines based on passion fruit, for sale in the pharmacy of the spiritual clinic, which are often prescribed by an entity for a visitor to the Casa.

These medicines would fall under the German law governing drugs and cannot be prescribed here. As an alternative, water consecrated by the entities and enriched with healing information and spiritual vibrations is available. Thus this water has the same effects as the herbal medicines in Abadiania. For this reason the water is a very important component of the treatment, also after the event.

This takes place as a preparation for a meeting with medium Joao and an entity.

Even in the Casa in Brazil, 99% of surgery is spiritual or invisible, only 1% are actual physical operations. These aren’t carried out in Germany! These are performed through Joao by the embodied entity.
Spiritual energy transmission
This is received through one of the spiritual entity and happens throughout the event.
Magnetic energy transmission
This is received through a person with medial abilities.
Prayers and guided meditation
These serve to attune you to the divine, spiritual healing processes.
Meditation in the entities’ room
Only possible by special invitation from an entity.
Invitation to the Casa in Abadiania
Possible as advice given by an entity to intensify the treatment.
Session on the crystal bed
Either prescribed by an entity or you can book it yourself.
Consecrated water
This is not on special prescription but recommended for everyone in place of the herbal medicines to support the healing process.

This is part of the healing tradition in the Casa and will be served free of charge throughout the event.

All these highly energized crystals were blessed for you by Joao and the entities.

5. SEQUENCE OF EVENTS AT THE SPIRITUAL HEALING DAYS

Overview of the Sequence of events at the Spiritual Healing Days

7am	Doors open. Immediately after entry you can proceed to the auditorium.
7am - 8am	The participants are divided into 2 groups. About half the number remain in the auditorium, the other half proceed to the adjourning Meditation Room I for personal meditation which supports the healing process. Later both groups are led to the medium Joao, the meditation group being second in line.
8am - 12am	Morning Session: The participants are given a briefing in the reception area and then divided into lines. In the main, the procession past the entities follows the order listed below (this can differ from session to session) • Operation: For those who have personally been prescribed spiritual surgery by one of the entities or received a cross on the photo they handed in • First encounter: For those who have never been in the presence of the entities and from whom a photo has never been shown to them • Second encounter: for those who, at some time, have been in the presence of the entities or from whom, in one way or another, a photo has been shown to them • Review: for those who had spiritual surgery more than a week ago and who would like to have their present condition reviewed by the entities All the people in Meditation Room I create a strong energy field through which the lines pass on their way to Meditation Room II and the presence of the entities
12am - 2pm	Lunch break From 10am-1pm free consecrated soup is available in a side room. Here also refreshments, consecrated water and products related to spiritual healing will be on sale. In the reception area, films will be shown and meditations will be offered
2pm - 5pm	Afternoon session: The procedure is the same as for the morning session except that the group which meditated in the reception area now meditates in Meditation Room I. The participants in the reception area are briefed and divided into lines (operation, 1st. encounter, 2nd. encounter, review) and are then led to Joao and the entities, after that the people creating the energy field in Meditation Room I
around 5pm	Conclusion. In the reception area and in Meditation Room 1 the day ends with a meditative circle and a collective ritual. The catering, information, sales and travel booths will remain open.

Important

This is a provisional schedule (March 2011). A detailed one and more information on the individual speakers will be posted 2 months before the Spiritual Healing Days.

LINES: THE DIFFERENT LINES EN ROUTE TO THE ENTITIES AND MEDIUM JOAO

The operation line

This is the first line which will be announced from the stage in the morning and after the lunch break. Participants who have been prescribed a spiritual operation by the entities or those who received a cross on the photo of themselves they brought with them join this queue. While you are waiting for the line to be accompanied to the operating theatre you can prepare yourself through prayers.

The First Time Line

This is your line when you have never before been in the presence of an entity and if your photo has never been shown to it or medium Joao. If the entity speaks to you when you eventually file through the Mediums’ Room and in the Entities’ Room and you stand in front of medium Joao, please memorise carefully the interpreter’s answer because later she won’t be able to remember what she said to you.

The Second Time Line

This queue is for all those who at least once, or on several occasions, have been in the presence of the entities at some time or another. This is also your line if you were never personally in the presence of Joao but your photo has been shown to him by a third person.

The Review Line

For those who had spiritual surgery more than a week ago and who would like to have their present condition reviewed by the entities. This line is not relevant for participants who had a spiritual operation during the 5th European Healing Days, but for people who had an operation in, for example, Abadiania and left before joining the review line there.

THE MEDITATION ROOMS, THEIR SIGNIFICANCE AND THE WORK DONE THERE

The central meeting hall

This is the large front part of the auditorium you enter in the morning and after the lunch break. Here you will be briefed on the sequence of events and introductory talks will be held. Meditative music will be played to attune you to the Healing Days. Later the medium Joao will come onto the large stage, greet all the participants, speak to them and bless everyone in God’s name. Occasionally he embodies an entity while he is on the stage. The day begins here with a joint prayer.

During the time you are in this hall you can prepare yourself for the path to Joao de Deus and the entities embodied in him. Sometimes guided meditations and visualisations take place here.

Here the queues (lines) are called upon to make their way to the medium. This is a process which can take a considerable amount of time. It’s not about being the first in line, feeling under time pressure or fearing you might be missing something. It is much more important to remain calmly in your seat, to stay in a state of meditation and in your centre and to wait your turn to be led into the next room, the Meditation Room I. When you are in the main meeting hall or in one of the other rooms, always remember to keep your arms and legs unfolded. It’s also helpful to keep your eyes closed, even though this is not a rule for the reception area. When you are in the other meditation rooms is it obligatory to always keep your eyes closed so that the circle of energy is not broken.

Meditation Room I (Current Room I)

This meditation room is also called the medium room. Mediums sit here and concentrate on cleansing the energy of the people who will later pass through the current room en route to the entities’ room. As well as the experienced mediums, a section of the event participants also sit here and help to keep the energy as high as possible for this important cleansing work.

As soon as the first queue has been formed in the reception area, the people move slowly through the energy field created by other participants and the mediums. This is incredibly important work as while you are sitting there your meditation supports the work of the entities and therefore the healing and cleansing work on the other participants. ‚By giving we receive’. At the same time, this service also allows us to receive the impact of the entities at a deeper level. While only one entity is embodied in Joao at any one time, 35 other spirits and an infinite number of associates are present in all other parts of the building, involved in the creation of energy and healing work. Through our meditation and prayers we are channels for this work. In order to maintain this flow the following is expected of us during the whole session (about 3 hours):

• keep legs and arms uncrossed
• keep hands open
• dkeep your eyes closed

In this way the energy can flow through us and grow in us and the room. Crossing body parts interrupts the flow and opening the eyes would allow the existing energy to abruptly disappear. Experienced meditation facilitators will lovingly support us with guided visualisations and prayers in several languages. There is a special section for every language, please follow the signs when taking your seat.

Meditation Room II: The spirits’ room

After the energy shower and cleansing in the first meditation room, now follows the potent energy field in Meditation Room II, also known as the Spirits’ Room. At the top of this room sits the medium while one of the 36 entities works through him. Each participant files past him alone. He is supported by a group of experienced mediums who have already worked in Brazil and who are well-acquainted with the work in the spirits’ room

ENCOUNTERING THE ENTITY AND THE MEDIUM JOAO

Walking into the presence of an entity often happens rather quickly. The line keeps moving slowly forward, you don’t have much time. Don’t let this mislead you. The entities work outside time and space, something which is impossible for us to grasp. On the basis of a spiritual diagnosis during the filing past, the entity will usually prescribe one of the following common forms of treatment:

• spiritual cleansing
• spiritual operation (come back at the end of the current session or the beginning of the next one)
• crystal bed session (can be booked at the water stall)
• invitation to the Casa in Abadiania (for more intensive treatment)
• meditation in Meditation Room I, the room in which the entities work

Joao de Deus - Spiritual treatment

Even though the entities now and again answer a personal question, this is an exception and shouldn’t be reckoned with. It’s better to write your issue on a small piece of paper and keep it with you. Or place it in one of the baskets under the wooden triangles and during the meditation stages be open for inspiration and answers. The entities work the whole day in every room with each individual. Healing and answers can happen at any moment or in any place during the event.

Often it happens that attendance at an event sets a process in motion which lasts for several months and where the course of an illness is halted or it goes into regress, or where, for example, an emotional healing takes place.

As already mentioned, it can happen that an entity instructs a participant to take a seat in Meditation Room II, where medium Joao is treating people, for the rest of the session. This is not a special honour. It simply means that you should meditate on your issue in this energy field. This invitation is only for the current session. It is extremely important to obey the rules mentioned above: don’t cross your arms or legs; keep your hands open and your eyes always closed.

PRAYER ROOM

Directly after the encounter with the healing medium and the entity, you will be led into the prayer room for spiritual cleansing. You will be asked to sit down and

• keep legs and arms uncrossed
• keep hands open
• keep your eyes closed

While praying you once again receive an intense spiritual cleansing from the entities. On leaving the prayer room you will be handed a small beaker of consecrated water and led into a side room. Here your session finishes and you can stay in the side room or sit in the reception area for further inspiration. A continuous programme is on offer here: information, films and meditations.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CLEANSING PROCESS

Everyone who files past the entities subsequently receives a spiritual cleansing as described above. It is often thought that the spiritual cleansing is not a fully-fledged treatment such as a spiritual operation – this is a misunderstanding. This powerful energy work can have a deep effect on a physical, emotional, psychic or spiritual level. Some people feel nothing, for others it’s a strong experience. Often subtle changes are set in motion which are not noticed until much later. Whatever the case, the connection between you and the entities, the spiritual world, has been established. This cooperation can last for months or even longer and you can foster the connection through repeated meditation, contemplation or prayer, and regularly drinking consecrated water.

6. SPIRITUAL OPERATION OR INTERVENTION

SPIRITUAL OPERATION OR INTERVENTION

What does this mean?

If the entity embodied in the medium Joao has additionally prescribed spiritual surgery for you, this can have many reasons. The entity saw that this would be the best therapy to help you. The operation could serve to cure any current physical ailments or solve emotional-spiritual problems. The reason the operation was prescribed could be to mobilise your energy, which then helps you to cope with any difficulties in your life.

How do I prepare myself?

You are well-prepared if you have taken to heart everything that has already been said above about preparing for the Healing Days. There are no special rules, just a few things to be considered beforehand: Don’t eat too much or food which lies heavy in your stomach, relax, don’t undertake any strenuous activities. Try to be more alone, avoid too much interaction with other people.

This is again a time for looking inwards: at yourself and to examine your intentions. Be conscious of exactly what help you are requesting and concentrate on the most important aspects, those which are near and dear to you. Allow visions, feelings, partial thoughts to come up – maybe your subconscious gives you a hint and makes you aware of some aspects which can be relevant for your cure.

In a serene state of mind and in complete trust enter the room where the operations take place and be open for the divine help in the room.

The operation line and spiritual surgery

Please wait in the reception area until you are called for the operation: either at the end of the current session or the beginning of the next. In the latter case, always be in the reception area 15 minutes beforehand. Wait in the operation line until it is called. The operation is carried out on a spiritual level, there is no bodily contact and usually happens in groups in the Prayer Room you have been led into.

Sit in a comfortable, relaxed position, arms and legs uncrossed. Please do not wear a wristwatch or a belt, braces on your trousers or anything which covers the heart. Close your eyes and put your right hand on the part of your body which you wish to have treated. If you are not sure where the operation should take place, then put your right hand on your heart. During the spiritual surgery, which the entity embodied in the medium Joao carries out, sit still and devote yourself completely to the process. Everyone experiences the operation is his/her own way: some people feel deeply touched, others have hot flushes or feel pricks as if they have been touched deeply on the inside, some people feel nothing. All these reactions are utterly normal and have nothing to do with the result of the operation.

The entities are at work the whole day, with every individual and in every room. A spiritual operation can happen spontaneously during or after the event. Also in this case, please follow the post-operation rules which are explained verbally after the operation and are in the handout, a copy of which can be had at the information desk in the reception area.

The rules after spiritual surgery

After the operation you will be led into another room in which you will be given a short explanation of your operation. Please pay careful attention to what is said to you, as major changes could have happened in your body. Even if you feel charged with energy or even euphoric, you should behave in the same way as if you had just come out of the operating theatre in a hospital.

Here is a short version of the post-operative rules you will be given:

• 24 hours of resting in bed, or even longer if you feel to
• Obtain consecrated water (which substitutes the healing herbal medicine used in Brazil)
• For 7 days avoid all physical stressn
• The 7th night after the operation wear white night clothes, place a glass of water next to your bed, pray to the entities and request them to remove any stitches which may have been forgotten, on waking say a prayer of thanksgiving and drink the glass of water
• For a period of 40 days
o sexual abstinence (also no arousal or masturbation)
o no alcohol
o no pork
o no white or black pepper, chillies or other spicy food

These instructions are extremely important for your healing process. During those 24 hours you may not take part in the event. If you have to miss one day of the event because of this, there will be no refund. Your spiritual healing takes place at home or in your hotel – in your bed. At this point we would like to emphasise once again that spiritual healing is not a substitute for treatment by a doctor or medication. If you are already under treatment continue with this!

7. OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS REGARDING THE HEALING DAYS

Crystal bed sessions

In this method of treatment 7 different coloured lights radiate through 7 crystals into the 7 respective chakras. The appliance was developed in the Casa in Brazil and is often prescribed as an additional method, as a further possibility of spiritual treatment through which the entities work. 3 crystal beds will be provided. You can book a 20-minute session at the water stall. A certain amount of time is reserved for sessions prescribed by the entities. Helpers will assist you in the use of the crystal beds and are there to help you gently find your feet again after the session.

BRAZIL / CASA DE DOM INACIO

Sometimes the entities invite a participant to the Casa in Brazil. This merely means that it would do him/her good to expose his/herself to meditation and the work with the spirit world over a longer period. The Casa de Dom Ignacio is the absolute ideal place if you want to experience healing and spiritual growth. EARTH OASIS organizes trips to the Casa, complete with guide, once a month. Further information is available at the travel booth. Nishavda Rollhausen, who has led a few thousand people to medium Joao and brought him to Germany many times, will, of course, attend this event and towards the end of the Healing Days will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. A visit to the Casa in Brazil is not dependent on an invitation from the entities, you are welcome to plan such a trip on your own initiative. Should you not have the time or the money, you can also leave a photo of yourself here and open yourself up to the spiritual healing work of the entities in your own home.

Consecrated water

Often it happens that while attending the event a process is set in motion which lasts for several months. Drinking consecrated water is a big help in this case and after an operation it is mandatory. Water, (the same applies to crystals), is known to be one of the best transporters of subtle vibrations. You can dilute this water with other kinds, preferably with filtered or natural mineral water; the information will be transmitted.

During the Healing Days you will be given a sip of this water after every stage. In Germany, consecrated water is a substitute for the herbal drugs prescribed in the Casa in Brazil. The entities strongly recommend that you take some bottles of the consecrated water home with you for yourself and or those not able to attend. The water is on sale in the side room right near the EARTH OASIS booth..

Consecrated soup

As is the tradition in the Casa, consecrated soup will be served every day between 10am and 1pm. The original aim was to feed very poor Brazilians who had travelled a long way seeking help. In the meantime, and above and beyond that, it has become a standard part of the healing process and everyone is heartily invited to partake of one plate of soup each day. It will be served in the side room.

Consecrated crystals

At the EARTH OASIS book stall, you will find top-quality, unadulterated crystal splinters as well as crystal pendants, hearts, pyramids, triangles and bracelets, obelisks and crystal balls. Additionally rose quartz, amethysts, aventurine, sodalite and other healing stones will be on sale. Also available: the entities’ bracelets and rosaries. All these highly energised articles have been blessed for you by Joao and the entities. We would like to ask you to choose your crystals from the heart and treat them with awareness.

Photos of relatives and friends: the wooden triangle

On several places in the hall you will see hanging wooden triangles: they have two functions. They are symbolic of the divine trinity and serve as objects for meditation and contemplation. In Brazil, photos and lists of wishes are also deposited there. As securing them is rather difficult in the hall, baskets will be placed next to some of the triangles and Joao’s chair. Here you can leave your photos and list of wishes, if you have brought any with you. They will be emptied several times a day and after the event taken to Brazil. where the entities will work with the person in the photograph or on the described issues.The following applies to the photos:

• Only photos of yourself, or of people who have given their permission, never photos of people against their will
• Please write the name and surname of the person and the date of birth on the back
• The photos will not be given back, so please no photos with happy memories!

This method has the same effect as passing in front of the entity in the line. If you implicitly want to know if the person in the photo needs spiritual surgery, you can show the photo to the entity in his/her place and will receive a statement. During this session, however, the entity will not then be dealing with your issues.

First Aid Station

The first aid station for medical emergencies is situated next to the Prayer Room. It has 20 camp beds. Although this station will be run by doctors and experienced nurses will look after the patients, we would like to gently emphasise that we cannot take any responsibility for your health. Spiritual healing is no substitute for medical treatment or medication. We ask everyone to take the responsibility for his/her own condition and to take any measures necessary for his/her own well-being.

The auditorium is easily accessible for wheelchairs

The facilities in the Hessenhalle are suitable for wheelchairs. Everything is on the level and easily accessible. It is necessary that physically challenged participants bring their own wheelchairs and, if necessary, a person to accompany them. There will be some wheelchairs at the event but these are for unforeseen occurrences and cannot be hired.

No mixing with other forms of energetic healing work

As you will see and experience, the varied energetic measures used – and which should contribute to your healing – are synchronized. In all the years of medium Joao’s healing work, millions of people have been treated according to these principles and many of them cured in one way or another.

The entities emphasise that during the Healing Days and for 40 days afterwards no other form of energetic healing –reiki, tarot readings, psychotherapy, the laying on of hands, treatments by shamans or other energy work – should run parallel to the treatment received there. Otherwise, the success of the healing work would be endangered by this energy mix.

This definitely does NOT apply to medical treatment or drugs prescribed by your doctor.

MEDICAL TREATMENT

Once again explicit advice: spiritual healing is no substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment. This should not interrupted or abandoned. Any medicines prescribed by your doctor should be taken as before!

To make things clear: physical and spiritual medicine should complement each other in a fruitful way. This is possible – and it will happen. The best proof is the Casa itself where over the years thousands upon thousands of doctors have been inspired by the work of medium Joao and the entities.

FOOD AND DRINK

A catering service will provide food and drink which exactly fulfill the requirements of our event participants. For those of you who arrive from outside, tea and coffee and some breakfast snacks will be provided. At lunchtime, a variety of reasonably-priced (between €4 and €10) vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, which can be individually selected, will be served. These are paid for at the caterer’s cash desk. In the afternoon, cakes and fresh fruit are available, the whole day a selection of hot and cold drinks will be served.
